Take two pots, one large and the other small. Fill the larger pot about half way with water. Set the smaller pot inside the larger pot. Viola, you have a double boiler.

Hi Hosting, When you come to my site again, click the Entries(RSS) and it will have a button that you can click to subscribe. I’m not sure, but I think that’s how you do it. I tried it out and the site was added to my bookmark.

Hi Proxy, I used this technique to make a double boiler because that’s the way my mother use to do it. But when I searched for double boilers or melting chocolate, the search came back with fondue pots. The only thing you have to make sure of is to not put direct heat on the chocolate or it will burn and get very dry. I did a lot of trials and made a lot of errors before I figured it out to get it perfect.
