Welcome to Food Exploration! I want this site to be a place where we can explore alternative ways of cooking and baking to promote healthier eating. I would love to learn about recipes that would allow me to cook or bake with healthier ingredients instead of artificial gradients or unrefined sugars. I am no expert cook or food guru whatsoever, but I’m just a person who enjoys cooking and learning how to cook healthier foods for my friends and family. I’m hoping to read entries from people who are chefs or bakers that would like to share some helpful hints on making food healthier. I’m also hoping to hear from amateurs like myself who have a passion for cooking and baking and would love to share their experiences about some of the things they’ve learned.
